Our client, a leading and progressive Maori Trust is a dynamic organisation dedicated to the provision of services to enhance the health, wellbeing, education and housing of its owners and beneficiaries.  They have ambitious growth strategies and are currently experiencing a significant period of development. A new role within the organisation, the Corporate Assistant will initially provide key maternity leave cover for the Executive Assistant who works closely with and reports to the Trusts CEO supporting the Trusts Governance structure.  Following on, the role will provide a key support to the Executive Assistant and CEO, supporting key projects and trust initiatives across both the Taupo and Rotorua offices.  Key responsibilities of the role include; Provision of executive support to the CEO and other Trust personnel as required Collation of Board papers, organisation of outsourced Board meetings Taking of minutes for Board meetings and other meetings as required Compilation of address lists for mail-outs and AGM reports Support and processing of beneficiary grants Management of company vehicles Administration and management of company procurement / contract for services Booking of travel, accommodation and meetings Diary management Preparation of Trust correspondence such as letters and emails Project administration support as required General administrative tasks The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience within a corporate organisation with a proven PA/EA skillset, have the ability to provide a high level of support to senior managers with superb administrative skills.  You’ll have initiative and drive, coupled with the ability to work to set timeframes whilst maintaining the quality of work output.  A  professional communication style, both written and verbal are also key requirements and a working knowledge of Te Reo and Tikanga Maori would be beneficial.    Our ideal candidate can easily establish rapport with people and work extremely well within a team situation.   We are looking for someone who has excellent computer literacy including, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.     Please apply online with your cover letter and curriculum vitae addressed to Kellie Hamlett, Recruitment and HR Specialist at Talent ID Recruitment Ltd.  Applications close 5th March  2015 and will be treated with confidence.
