Staff turn-over is low and if you enjoy working from home with no sales pressure this role represents a rare opportunity to achieve a genuine work-life balance and to stay in the recruitment industry.¬† ¬† About the Role¬† Due to continued growth we have an opening for a Christchurch based consultant. The successful candidate will be working from home (as a sub-contractor) screening candidate resumes and conducting behavioural based interviews over the phone.¬† You will be taking detailed briefs of the role, writing job adverts and loading them on on-line jobs boards.¬† You will also be required to regularly liaise with clients over the phone and via email and rigorously screen resumes and candidates.¬† You will also be required to conduct client visits that will be arranged for you in order to explain our amazing value proposition.¬† ¬† ¬†Workloads will vary – on average there will be anywhere between 4 to 20 hours of work per week.¬† However, there may be some weeks where no work is available and therefore no income.¬† As a sub-contractor you will be free to choose how much work you take on, though in busy times you will be expected to provide the required support.¬† Please note that your income will be dependent on how busy we are and on your placement rate.¬† ¬† The successful candidate will:¬† –¬†Have a minimum of¬†two years’ experience working as a recruitment consultant – preferably agency experience¬† –¬†Must live within the¬†Christchurch metropolitan area to be able to visit clients regularly¬† experience in telephone interviewing¬† – Have the ability to write effective job adverts¬† –¬†Have excellent customer liaison skills¬† – Be experienced with reviewing resumes and interviewing candidates¬† – Have experience recruiting across a broad range of roles¬† – Have the capacity to work from home¬† ¬† Please do not apply if you:¬† 1.
