After recently securing a new Fortune500 customer, our growing client is hiring a Senior Digital AM to manage the account.    Your friends will be envious of your new role at this exciting and inarguably talented agency working with some of the biggest brands in Australia. Ideally, our client is looking for a Senior Digital Account Manager; however, they are open to more senior applicants as they grow with their clients. This is an agency with recent big wins, and they need fantastic talent to mirror their success.    As the Senior Digital AM, you will report into the Senior Producer, liaising with the digital and other integrated teams. You will be working on several different projects, and perfection in delivery through hard-work is essential. You will work directly with clients and be responsible for coordinating digital jobs within the agency. If you share a genuine and passionate interest in working at this agency, then please read on.   Responsibilities: Gathering briefs from clients and relaying back to the digital team Creating project estimates and scoping the best solution based on your clients requirements Plan appropriate creative and technical resources and coordinate with the internal team Seeing projects through to the completion with diligent work ethic Briefing your digital team at the commencement of each project, clearly communicating project strategy / objectives Communication of milestones with the team and our clients via scheduled work-in-progress meetings Ability to work flexible hours with developers overseas Maintaining strong customer relationships with a positive, can-do attitude The successful candidates will have:  4+ years experience in a digital agency or integrated agency (ideally SEO or .net) A genuine interest in agency life at a digital capacity On-going client relationship management experience Strong problem solving skills and initiative for continuous improvement Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects Great attention to detail, organised, excellent time management Ambition to progress in the agency and a keenness to learn Perfect verbal and written communication skills +    In order to be successful for this role you need to know how to smile, share your passion for creativity, and laugh when times get tough.
